Part 2: The Transmutation

We will be doing the Chakra Hypnosis Journey but in a longer form where we will give a few weeks to work with each chakra and element. This will allow more time to let the elements work on you, bringing their healing and their wisdom. With several weeks for each chakra, you will get to have your experience working in that chakra and then come back, share what has come, and then take the healing a layer deeper. We will also see how the elements blend together - feeling into the spaces where the elements mix, where one calls for another and informs on the others, and what alchemy comes.

This class also includes an element of morning Sadhana - a morning practice of yoga to work energetically with each chakra. This element of practice along with having more time for each chakra will help the process become more experiential than intellectual. These are not just ideas and theories. Through relationship with the elements of nature, you will change – psychologically, energetically, and physically.

Since this is a longer-form journey through the chakras, this course will happen in three parts. Next up is Part 2: The Transmutation. You are welcome to join in regardless of if you did the first section. Trust that the timing is perfect. In The Transmutation, we will enter into the elements of Fire, Air, Ether and into the core, heart, throat. From a trust of the ground we stand on - that we are at the right place, the right time, with the right constitution - the transmutation begins. From the fire in the belly, we wake up to the power of our worthiness, participation, intuition, and vision. Then - we will let this fire warm the honey of the heart, bringing us into different relationship with ourselves, with others, and with the world. The core, heart, and throat, bring qualities that will transform us and let us participate in the transformation of the collective. Dance, love and sing - knowing that your presence has meaning.

Your enrollment in the Chakra Hypnosis course includes the morning sadhanas and the online cacao ceremony. Can also enroll just for the adhana component if you would like. Or just for the cacao ceremony. Laura Fuller will be teaching the hypnosis group and Lulu Schwarz & Laura will lead the morning Sadhanas. For the cacao ceremony, I will mail you supplies.
